Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them.
We ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select. You will receive a shipment confirmation as soon as it has been processed so tracking can begin.
We also ship by the United States Postal Service.
Please allow ALL MONOGRAM OR ENGRAVED items 10 business days to reach you, Thank you.
Return Information
We are sad to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. You may return your merchandise within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your card within 10 days. When returning merchandise please insure the package and items, The Poppy Seed is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
We DO NOT refund original Shipping and Handling charges. Please include your original invoice with returned merchandise. Each item returned should be unused and damage free. Each item will be viewed carefully before reimbursement is given.
If an item is damaged in anyway you may return it for a replacement (the same item bought) within 30days of purchase.
